Lovely Spring Frost

We had one of those really wet frosty days....makes the whole neighborhood foggy and frosty.  I took some pictures in between taking care of my sick toddler.  We can't wait for summer....it has been a long time of recycled sickness in our house!

1,000 Cranes for Japan (Senbazuru)

The crane is believed to live 1,000 years- and represents longevity in Japan...it is said that 1,000 folded cranes, one for each year of its life makes a wish come true.

Zoey kept saying how she wanted a big M on the cake- for Momma!

My Birthday!

So excited!  My friend Connie is coming to visit from Phoenix...and I really think she is bringing warm weather with her!   Can't wait to spend some time hanging out with her!

Hippos!

One of Zoey's favorite things is to line things up....her most recent favorite items to line up are these fun bath tub toy hippos.  They whistle when you push them down in water.   They all have names...from the front...Mana, Pinkie, Raza, and Tasha.

It is amazing to watch Zoey's personality come out...and so fun to walk into a room and see hippos lined up.  It is Zoey's signature.
